We believe true transformation begins with sustainability. That’s why we’ve created a mixture of our favourite style of training to bring you a kick-ass, fun-filled programme that’ll whip your butt into shape in 8 short weeks!
The challenge includes 5-day per week training, one session per day that includes a combination of HIIT training, cardio & weight training sessions, as well as yoga flow stretching.
We also know you’re strapped for time, so every session should take you 45-60mins to complete. You also get access to both HOME & GYM training sessions, to best suit the environment you’re in!
All your training is conducted online, via the Unjaded Fitness App, where you’ll enjoy a community feel with your fellow competitors, and share tips, tricks and nutritional recipes.
We’ll also give you 24hr contact with the coaches, to ask answer any questions you might have along the journey!

Our home training sessions have been designed to suit everyone’s budget! What does this mean? It means we’ve created NO EQUIPMENT training sessions for home training – anything you might need, you’ll be able to find in the comfort of your home (like your couch!).
Each session should take you between 45-60min, so you’ll have plenty of time getting back to your busy schedule.
We’ve combined cardio training, body weight training & ab workouts to bring you home HIIT training sessions that’ll help you reach your goals just like you would in the gym.

Functional in every gym!
Our gym training programmes have been designed to work in every gym. We’re fans of free weights to suit just about any gym that’ll get you sweating up a storm!
We’ve combined cardio, weight training, body weight training and core workouts to target the whole body in every session.
We’ve designed the programmes to have three days of specific muscle group training, as well as two days of full body workouts – and on some days you might come in to do cardio & abs!
Each session should take between 45 – 60 min, with some sessions being HIIT workouts, and others being combined weight training and cardio to help you reach your ultimate fitness goal!
